This Heavy duty belt tensioner is manufactured by one of the largest original equipment tensioner suppliers to insure proper fit and performance. This tensioner is produced for serpentine belt routing applications and is made of high strength steel for improved life and durability. As with the original equipment part, this replacement tensioner fits 2007-2015 Volvo VHD,VN Series with D11,D13 / 2007-2015 Mack CXU, MRU, GU, LEU with MP7, MP8(SEE TSB FILE). There is a lift feature molded into the arm on this tensioner for ease of belt removal and replacement. The tensioner maintains the O.E. round spring technology as well as the internal damping design specified for this application. This part comes equipped with Heavy Duty Steel Pulley with close tolerance ball bearing pocket and Electro-deposited coating for superior corrosion resistance.
