Shipping Policy

Cemera Parts ships heavy-duty truck aftermarket parts to qualified wholesale customers across the United States. The summary below covers how we ship; the full legal terms are in our Terms and Conditions, Sections 11–13.

Ship Time

We target shipment of in-stock orders accepted before our daily cutoff within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Cutoff times, warehouse hours, and observed holidays may change and are subject to inventory availability.

Ship-within commitments are targets, not guarantees. Special-order, drop-ship, and back-ordered items follow the timing of the manufacturer or the originating warehouse.

Title and Risk of Loss

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, all sales are FOB Origin (Shipping Point). Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the products to the carrier. You are responsible for selecting appropriate carriers, service levels, and shipping insurance.

Freight Charges

Freight charges shown in a quote or at checkout are estimates based on carrier tariffs and may be adjusted on the invoice to reflect actual charges. Heavy or oversized shipments may require LTL freight quotes.

Receiving and Inspection

Inspect every shipment when it arrives:

  • Note any visible shipping damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery and photograph the damage.
  • Submit claims for shortages, mis-ships, or non-conforming products in writing within 5 business days of receipt.
  • Submit concealed-damage claims within 5 business days of receipt.

Failure to submit a timely claim waives the claim and the products are deemed accepted.

Delivery Timing

Carrier transit times are estimates only. Cemera is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs, labor disputes, or other causes outside our reasonable control. Delivery delays do not change your payment obligations.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to commercial business addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations are handled case-by-case — contact us for a quote.
